Due to taking on of 3 more large support contracts we are looking to employ a field service engineer. As the successful Field Service Engineer you will have a minimum of 3 years’ IT technical experience commissioning and installing client-server networks including Microsoft Windows Server..

As the Field Service Engineer you will be responsible for areas of activity associated with the installation and commissioning of client-server based networks, workstations and all aspects of IT within the school Environment . This is a client facing role so the successful Field Network Engineer will need to have an excellent customer focus, as you will act as an ambassador for Total Solution when visiting our clients. You will also need excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills and be able to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Electrical Installations
We are now able to offer a complete electrical installation service with our own in-house fully qualified electricians. We operate a 24 hour emergency call out system to an engineer manned mobile phone, already responding to Education authorities, insurance companies and all our commercial customers.

Our work is guaranteed and is installed to conform with the 16th Edition of I.E.E. Regulations, Relevant Code of Practice, NIC EIC Wiring Inspection Council and British Standards.
