Total Saves the day!

One of prestigious clients fell foul to the Internet Market last month when their ADSL internet provider unexpectedly went bankrupt.

Total was called in to provide 14 new high speed data link between their national sites to traffic critical company data over VPN (Virtual Private Network).

The transition meant that this enterprise was only without a working system for 24 hours whilst our team of engineers travelled length and breadth the country replacing lines and upgrading the WAN (Wide Area Network).

Lewis Dooley returned to Total on Jan 1st 2010 as our new Helpdesk & Network Engineer. Lewis left Total in 2009 but has returned this year after a well-earned break. Lewis has a wealth of experience in terminating high speed fibre optic networks and has strong background in software. Welcome Back Lewis!
