Redbridge Teachers’ Centre

We recently decided to invest in a blanket wireless network for our visitors to use while at the Teachers’ Centre. We approached D-Link while at the BETT trade show and were put in touch with Total Solution as a preferred partner. D-Link then proceeded to do a site survey of the Centre, which included several meeting and conference rooms where large numbers of people would want to use wireless. Total Solution came to install all the new equipment and configure it as we wanted. The results are fantastic, even though the Centre is an old building with very thick walls. Speed never drops below the maximum available in areas where it is used and coverage is even better than we expected. Overall I am very impressed with this business quality wireless network and would recommend this solution to others.

The ARK Gospel Church

We are a small church group very much wanting to be of benefit to the community. We have recently been able to develop a learning zone that will be used by people at all sorts of different levels, and part of the work has been to acquire interactive white boards. We spent a good deal of time looking on the internet and getting to know specs and prices and very quickly settled on Total Solution to provide us with what we needed. We are very happy with the results; two days after a very swift completion we were using the boards in front of a delighted crowd! We were more than satisfied with the service from Total Solution, whose staff were courteous, sensitive and efficient (even though, due to a forgetful key holder, we left them outside a locked building on the first morning!) I would certainly use Total Solution in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

We have been dealing with Total Solution since 2001 and we have been extremely happy with the service they provide.  They are polite, helpful but most of all efficient and responsive.  Only last week we had a catastrophic breakdown of a terminal server meaning all users were completely down!  Total Solution excelled themselves... they diagnosed the problem, took the equipment off-site, replaced the faulty parts, delivered it back to site and re-configured the machine all within 4 or 5 hours.  All employees were back up and running and able to work the same day.  Fantastic service....
