Firstly we would like to welcome Daniel to the team who will be starting on the 14th.
We have a busy month ahead with several new servers being implemented for new and existing customers.
We will be finishing the month with 2x450 meter OM4 fibre runs for a local school to upgrade an existing run and to connect up a new building they have.
So far this month we have installed a new server for one of our customers and migrated there exchange to a hosted platform. We would like to welcome the 2 new customers who have joined us this month for support and maintenance cover.

Westbank Timber.
We have been dealing with Total Solution since 2001 and we have been extremely happy with the service they provide. They are polite, helpful but most of all efficient and responsive. Only last week we had a catastrophic breakdown of a terminal server meaning all users were completely down! Total Solution excelled themselves... they diagnosed the problem, took the equipment off-site, replaced the faulty parts, delivered it back to site and re-configured the machine all within 4 or 5 hours. All employees were back up and running and able to work the same day. Fantastic service....
